is there anywhere to get stiffer shock springs for the voyager 1700 stock shocks

Are you referring to the front shocks aka front forks or the rear shocks.

The front forks: yes Race Tech makes fork springs that are for heavy riders. Or are you wanting more damping Race Tech also makes that.

Rear shocks: No stiffer springs for the stock rear shocks. What I do is fill the shocks with 55 psi. While the motorcycle is on the center stand. I use an after market center stand. And set the knob at #4 at the top of each shock
