Winter showed up in earnest yesterday
We have about 6" of snow,14 degrees and about a 20 mph wind from the north.
Most churches are closed,and very little traffic.
NOT a day to take a bike ride to see if I got the tapping sound out the front of my VXII.
Oh well,it has only been 2 weeks since I was able to take a ride

Don't feel bad, we have about 12" of snow here, and currently 8 degrees. Traffic was sparse yesterday after the worst of the storm hit saturday evening. Haven't been for a ride in months - although the weather is not completely to blame.

Hello Gary, 12" of snow sounds like a mess. We had just a few but the rain came in and cleared that and the salt up. But today was painfully cold and windy. You could not pay me enough money to take the bike out today.....Had to heat up the car door locks and the lock to the shop to get into them. A strong wind came thru and a trash can passed me on the rural road I live on in the morning. Been windy here all day. I am ready for a 50 deg day , with no wind and some sunshine.
