Progressive shocks

Post by 99doug »

Why didn’t somebody on here tell me to put progressive front springs in my 89 Xii 1200. Lol
All I have to say is put them in!!! Best thing since sliced bread. Cash in the Ira the 401K the kids college funds stop eating for the month what ever it takes get them!!!
I have been riding a Xii since 1989 for 30 years I put them in this weekend what a difference can’t wait to do a long ride. When you hit a big bump you don’t feel Ike your front end is going to implode. What a difference ready to do another 80,000 miles. Progressive on the rear doesn’t Hurt either I put those in back in 1990 no more worrying about air shocks leaking when you have progressive. When you put in the front springs you don’t need air anymore either. Just figured I’d put this out there.

PS great site I been using it for ever for help working on my bike.
