Head light

Is there anyway to cut the head light off on 91 xii Voyager

If you mean having the headlight OFF during daytime running then a single pole single throw switch on the Black/Yellow ground wire, AT the bulb connector Bk/Y wire only, will accomplish that.
Other than that I don't understand the phrase " cut the head light off".

Rev the engine, turn ign key off then on real fast and it will disengage the relaying the headlight will be off.

I would not recommend riding without the headlight, in most states it is unlawful to do so.
also it is recommended to have your headlight on high beam wile riding in daytime, people in cars don't notice low beam as quick as high beam and they surly don't see you without a headlight. :hmm:
super bright headlight bulb and/or a modulator dose make a difference.
The better you are seen the better chance you will be seen.

buy a low wattage LED bulb if you are worried about using too many amps to run a headlight.

CONVERT EVERYTHING ELSE FIRST!!!
Especially if you have 55W running lites!!! I saved 6+ amps by doing
just that!!!! Then, wander over to the headlight...
