Temperature Gage and oil pressure switch

Good day All,

I have a 1984 Voyager that I am converting to Street Fighter.
i know that the fan switch is not working and I am not sure about the sender temp switch.
It is very hard to find the original parts online
do you know maybe what will be replacement parts i can use?

also I want to add an external temp gage, can i use any of them or need to have something that will fit this temp sender?

now about oil pressure /level.
as much as i know my model have an oil level switch but not oil pressure switch
from what i read the oil level switch giving lot of issue or not issues but stay on at times
did someone add oil pressure switch on this model? i believe there is a plug that can be replace with the pressure switch.
