This is on left side of bike part of arm rest. It is ringed with velcro. So I'm thinking there is supposed to be a pouch? Attached.

That is where the passenger radio controls, with a vinyl, velcro-attached, bag should be. The bag provides element protection to the controls.

Modern Bluetooth Intercoms provide in-helmet stereo speakers, AM/FM radio, bike-to-bike, driver/passenger, and Bluetooth device connections. BT Intercoms are far superior to the bike's radio, in every way. Cheers!

Thank you for the replied. Since PO swapped out thr oem raido for a pos one, guess I won't need to worry about pouch.
