New and a small problem.

Well hi all.
Years ago had a Voyager 1200, now I have an 87 Voyager 1300.
Years ago was a member of Wyzards site, can't find them any more.
Have heard gr8 things about you all on here, so here I am.
On my 13, the headlight won't come on. No voltage at the plug
Fuze has continuity. Tail lights work.
So now what, any thoughts appreciated.
