Looking at the reinforced shinkos 777. Has anyone out there used this brand? Your thoughts?

A search here of "Shinko 777" returned 40 hits, including comments from some idiot that they use a fancy pasta-maker to construct them. But that guy went on to heap praise upon them.

LOL that's pretty much how all tires are made. Never heard it called that, but I guess that is pretty much what it is. Mix the rubber and extrude it, just like making pasta!

I'm running Shinko 777s on Gertrude and love them. They're not quite as good as Elite 4s in the rain, but since Dunlop quit making the E4s in our size... I just got done with my weekly commute, 130 miles round trip in the rain.

I've got them on my voyager xii, love them. 4500 miles or so and lots of tread left.
