clutch master cylinder vent hole

When there is conversation about the clutch master cylinder vent hole, where is it located? Clutch master cylinder cap, diaphragm, internal housing, or elsewhere? The post I found weren't specific. Thanks

The small, fluid return port you refer to is located on the floor of the master cylinder. It is the port further forward and is smaller in diameter than the fluid feed port, which is the 2nd small port to be found on the floor of the master cylinder.
The size of the return port is around the size of a #70 drill bit, .030". I just forget exactly which drill bit size but that is a good place to start. Some folks use a strand from a wire brush if they have to clear the port.

Thank you, turns out this was the problem with my clutch. It had set for some time and when I rode it, the clutch quit disengaging. It was low on fluid and so I pulled the clutch slave, rebuilt it, bled it and rode it. Then the clutch started slipping. After cleaning out the vent hole, I bled it again and rode it, no problem. So glad I didn't have to replace the clutch plates.
