My day was very nice with a celebration with my oldest son Jon then a visit with Cher at her residence in the dementia center. and messages from my other two kids. Great day.

Yeah it does. All of a sudden I'm all sprightly and spry and walking fast, and zooming up and down the stairs, and fixing some minor things on the new bike, and then sitting with an ice pack on my back in the recliner for the rest of the day LOL
