2001 voyager oil leak at suspension valve fill what is the caus

Fork oil getting around/through the filter and then draining to the valve. There are major pressure changes in the forks every time you hit a bump.

Most cases I have read about the problem is that someone overfilled the suspension

Mine definitely leaked a little oil when not overfilled. If it's not losing more than drops over a week or more, I'd blow it off until next time you need to change the fork oil -- maybe it's overdue now. Not really a good way to check the fork oil volume otherwise.

This is one of the reasons I dumped entire the air manifold assembly when I went to Progressives. I plugged the ports in the forks with JB Weld and hose clamps -- I can drill/tap it out again if I ever want to go back.

Personally, I'm kinda glad to see the air-suspension fad behind us.

thanks to everyone. Now I got to work on the cause of my low speed death wobble, could be high speed but I don't try to find out

You'll find many posts here about wobbles. Lots of potential causes, all generally easy to remedy.

Yeah it's connected to the suspension valve. It's possible that a hose or fitting is cracked or loose. Can someone recommend me a trusted site to buy some headlights?
