Bag locks

How do you rekey a cylinder on a bag lock. I lost a latch and have found some on e-bay I wouldlike to rekey to my key.

When I bought my '85 Voyager 1300, it had five different keys to work everything. I took all the keyed stuff off the bike to my local key shop and they made everything work with just one key. Two other shops said it couldn't be done. Just gotta find the right shop.
