if you go to vetverify.org and sign up you will be able to
buy from the xchanges online only.
starting in 2020 you will be able to walk in a base and buy.
food etc. food is cost +3%.
there is a powersport dealer under the market place which
leaves you of the govt. site to a multiline moto dealer in ill.
havent bought anything so i dont know if theres a saving but
they are a kawi dealer.also have an h-d dealers in nevada.
we use the xchange a lot. no shipping and no taxes.
