2020 North Conway NH. Rally Attendees

Post by Highway Rider »

This is where you can say if you are attending the rally, no I'm not attending the rally, or maybe you are attending the rally and also how many are in your party.
When you declare how many are in your party keep in mind, tie that into your registration.
This is voluntary but you never know someone may see you and say I know them and then they might decide to go also.

If you decide to use this make sure that you make your declaration at the bottom of the first post (My post).
that is where you say-- yes-maybe-no----how many if you are attending---- and comment if you want
it will put your user name if you are attending number in party and the comment if you did one
and it will be in my post the very first post and it is like a sticky does not move.

One thing that was not mentioned is that with some browsers the comment box is invisible. It is there. It is right between where it says comment and the enter button. Do a little hunting it is there. ( Watch video).

Should you need to add or change anything just do it like you haven't done it. Re-enter yes, maybe, or no, enter the number of attendees find the comment box (under the black down arrow and the enter button) after the information is changed to the way you want it to click on the enter button. Your information is now updated.

Video on how to enter the information

Not going to make it, 2033 miles from South Texas, by the time I rode that far I would be so tired I wouldn't enjoy the rally.

Geez, I always thought distance was the whole point of a touring bike. Try making a two-week adventure out of it, I'm sure you would find plenty to see along the way.

As soon as I find out the Rally hotel I will book my room. I like to always stay at the designated rally hotel where all the action is. A lot more fun.

Was on vacation last week enroute to Maine and wanted to visit a friend near Conway NH. Rode the Kankamangus HWY and took this picture. Thinking about Conway next year, I highly recommend it. See you then.

Was in North Conway last week for a few days after the AVA Eastern Regional Ride In and a trip to Maine. I Stayed at the Green Granite Inn and conference Center thinking it Might be the rally hotel and headquarters. I’m glad it’s not. Checked out several hotels including the North Conway Grand Hotel. Very very nice. Hoping it would be there . Didn’t check out the Fox Ridge Resort but will be making my reservation very soon there. Very nice area for riding and a lot of neat places. Rode thru NH, Maine, Mass, Vermont and a lot of other states. Vermont especially beautiful with the fall colors. Put over 4000 miles on the 96. The weather was great . Great vacation and ride. Can’t wait until next years rally. Just got home on Sunday after a 2 week plus ride.

Hey Kim it was good to see you at the Eastern Regional Rally. I just got off the phone with Fox Ridge Resort and there not quite ready to accept reservations according to Gary at the desk. I will call back Monday. Deb and I will stay until Saturday to get more riding/site seeing in and probably get home on Sunday. See you then. :-D

Just got my reservation at Fox Ridge Resort for the Rally. Now the long cold wait begins. Just got back from Maine a few weeks ago and can’t wait to explore more of the area.

Called and made our motel reservations. Filling out the AVA Rally registration, the Monday night dinner sounds like a fun event with the 19 mile ride, But the big interest to me is the train ride, anyone have any information, about the train ride.

Spoke to Mike McGee yesterday about the train ride. Turns out it's a group event. The $30.00 is for a group minimum of 20 people.

The train station is only a mile and half from the .hotel
