Still good down in North Carolina. Don't know anyone myself and our hospital does not have any confirmed cases at this time. Government has shut down everything around here but in the medical field, we may doze but we never close!

So far so good here in Southern NJ. Counting down the days to the rally. Hotels are booked , checks have been sent. Planning an 8 day outing touring parts of Vermont etc. Can't wait!
Having fun whenever possible is never overrated!

In central PA everything is so-so, 1 case confirmed in the next county just a day ago. If it weren't for the panic purchasing or Toilet Paper we wouldn't know anything was happening.
As for TP, my 88 year old father-in-law was kind enough to show my how to wipe with just one square. :hmm:
He tore a quarter size hole out of the middle, put a finger thru the hole and says wipe with that finger. Use the TP that's around the finger to clean off said finger, then the round piece that was removed is used to clean under the finger-nail.
And said, remember to wash thoroughly! :rolling:

So far I’m good in northeastern Illinois but there’s infected people all around me in my area and Illinois infected is doubling every day.
We are under lockdown in Illinois so I’m kind of glad the weather is shitty so I can’t ride. All stocked up on grocery’s and my freezer is full and I have a generator and 15 gal of gas so I’m good locked down now for several months.

Well allot has changed since " Stevenrides " posted all is well in southern NJ. The numbers just about double each day. Today's number is 1300 up from around 750 on Friday night.
I still have a job to go too, and worry where other workers have been and in contact with..
But on the bright side, needing to get outdoors, I took several hours of voyager1200 therapy on a 170. mile ride yesterday by myself.
Seemed I had the roads to myself, not much going on here, until you get near major highways.
It is a shame that the rally is cancelled, With my health in much better shape than at the last rally , I was looking forward to this trip.
I have even been back in my shop after day-work and started on 10-1200 spanner sockets. Feels good to be somewhat back to normal.
Well stay safe everyone,
Gene and Marie

Keeping the reservations for now as we are still planning on going to North Conway. As the powers to be like to say "the situation is fluid". We will take it day to day. Deb and I went grocery shopping Saturday morning at "Sharp Shopper" grocery outlet. Locations in PA and VA. Great savings over the name brand stores. Anyways less people than normal for a Sat morning. The only thing we noticed was no bottled water and I didn't even think about TP. What the hell, doesn't water come out of the faucet :?: Also, I must say driving to work and back home is enjoyable with no traffic. Since my job is deemed essential I can't get to those home projects. :-D

Here in NC life is the new normal. Trisha and I are self quarantined just making sure we'll be healthy when this Coved-19 is defeated. Now just getting the garage ready

With the 'stay at home"ruling here in Ohio I decided to install Iridium plugs and new plug caps in the VXII. :hmm:
I have heard good reports on them, and since I last changed plugs 6 years and about 46,000 miles ago,I thought I would make the change.
I also got the Cushman winter service done, which also meant reinforcing the license plate mounting holes. It is the first bike I have owned with that much vibration.

Howdy every body.
Still working here in Cleveland. So far everyone is healthy. Daughter is home from school. Akron University is probably done for the year so I guess she is home for the summer.
It really stinks that the rally is cancelled this year. There went the bike trip.
Scott, if you can get a weekend planned for later this summer I would like to join in. Would like to see some of my AVA family. ( If the governor let's me lol)
Haven't had the bike out yet this year. When I can ride weather won't let me and when the weather is nice I am working.
Have plenty of TP here but might hoard it. Could be worth more than the dollar when this is over.
Cuyahoga County has most cases of Covid 19 here in Ohio. (Lucky Me)
Gene, glad your feeling better. My job is also essential. Hope the jobs come in so I can keep busy.
Everybody keep healthy.

Stay at home policy here in California, but that's OK, I was able to exchange Corona for Coors. Everyone in our household and all bros and sisters, Grand and great grand babies all ok. Wish the best for all my bros and sisters in the AVA.

Strange as it seems, many of the groc shops shelves are bare, but I don't see any reduction in car traffic.........This is somewhat worriesome. Went to COSTCO yesterday to stock up just in case, line about 200 people around front of store, and down the parking lot. Didn't even stop, just went home. Same thing next day. Captain Trips is alive and well in California (Steven King, The Stand). Discovered the solution to the lack of TP, just use bandsaw on paper towels, get two rolls plus 2" wide strip per roll. :rolling:
When wife and I lived in Amish area of Ohio in the 70's, the little house in the back yard had a Sears and Roebuck catalog hanging on the wall, Sears is now out of business, Sigh, nothing lasts! :-O
