In Northern California, the dealerships often refuse to work on bikes older than 10 years. Using the factory service manual can sometimes leave you scratching your head. In response to these situations and the fact you may not have another Voyager XII owner nearby who can walk you thru repairs, NorCal Voyagers have created a series of DVD repair videos.

NorCal Voyagers now have available two videos for the Voyager XII. Both videos include step by step instructions from what tools or fluids may be required to disassemble and reassembly. Don Medina, NorCal Voyagers President, has over 180,000 miles on a Voyager XII and is the expert in the videos that talks and walks you through the process. He has tips and insight not available from following the service manual.
