Hi Chris

Thanks for putting all those video links into one post. There are many who will benefit for this. Will we see you soon in Ohio?

Unfortunately, I will have to miss this year's rally. Was looking forward to a short run to Ohio and seeing everyone.

Watched the cruise control adjustment video, applied it Friday evening, went for a two-day trip with the wife on Saturday and Sunday... Wow! What a difference! Our cable had as much slack in it, as the one featured in the video... It sucked raw eggs! Now, life is Good! Thanks! Cheers!

Those fluid changes are so basic IMO a video isn't needed. Put some speed bleeders on your brake & clutch fitting & it takes 15 minutes to change fluids doing it yourself.
Radiator flush takes 15 minutes to. Pretty simple following manual directions

I think Chris needs to create his own YouTube channel, move to Florida, and start making "how to" videos with Carl Leo. They could take a VXII and do a complete tear down and restore. They would be able to do the common maintenance and adjustment videos as the work progressed. Maybe they could even have some cameos with some of the guys still making accessories for the bike. Maybe even a Randy Travis cameo/soundtrack for the theme song and background music.

Well, it sounds like a good idea. :wnk2:

We need a video on changing radiator fluids. I have yet to tackle this and would love to have someone go step by step. Thanks!

Just follow the service manual. Drain the radiator, refill it. There's nothing to it. Easier than changing oil

And not as messy. Only one drain plug.

I know from experience that the Service Manual that you speak of is about as clear as MUD on some issues. Therefore videos help those of us who aren't clairvoyant, aren't as skilled at reading between the lines, ....... basically those of us who are not Carl Leo!

If you can remove a drain plug and loosen a bleeder screw, you'll have no problem. Easy peasy japaneasy

Maybe go for a ride--looking for Nancy Sinatra, the perfect burger, and (maybe) a beer. ;-)
