Cycleplicity.com

Post by Tat2demon »

Just wanted to share my first of what Im sure will be many trips to Cycleplicity.com.

I had never heard of them until last week when another member shared his experience.

I didn't do any additional research on them before I put in my order. Front and rear progressive springs and a set of Dunlop E3s. Total was $564 shipped. Much cheaper than anywhere else I could find including eBay and Amazon.

After putting in my order I searched their name a bit (I know, backwards) and found a few complaints about back ordered items, shipping delays and things shipping from different locations. I was a little worried to see this but felt better when I saw Cycleplicity actually responding to these complaints in the forums with what seemed to be professional resolution.

It seems they do have several warehouses that they ship from. My order is coming from three different locations. I have no idea why this bothers people. As long as I get my stuff on time I don't care if it comes from a dozen different places.

I placed the order very early Sunday morning and got a tracking numbers Monday. Everything shipped by UPS. My tires showed up today from Colorado, and the suspension is split between Maryland and Illinois. Both of which are scheduled to show up Friday.

Ill be using them as my new go-to store for the regular stuff.
