On my '79 Honda CB750K, I installed a headlight modulator without the photosensor switch to turn it off, auto-magically in tunnels, and at dusk. Instead, I installed a covered toggle switch below the left pocket on my Windjammer fairing, just like what you see in fighter jets: lift the cover to flip the illuminated switch; push the cover down, to turn the switch off. I did not label it.

I had a trunk on the back, and so when I showed my bike to friends, I told them that I had installed oil projectors in the trunk. I said that when somebody gets too close behind me, I would hit the switch, and spray used motor oil on the roadway behind me, which would get rid of the tailgators...
:gig:

They actually believed me for a few seconds, a couple of guys even bent down to look for the projector nozzles... The looks of shock, dismay, and their eyes big as saucers, made me bust out laughing. It was a short-lived joke, but it was fun. Cheers!

Love it. I would have taking it to the next step and put some kind of nozzles under there for them to see and really get them going. The story's I could tell you about my stockcar racing days of the stunts and mind games I pulled. :devl just to get in there heads a little.
