Met a voyager owner today
This evening as Peg and I got off our VXII at the grocery store,we saw someone come up and study our bike,which rarely ever happens in our town.He said he has a 1300.I asked him KZ or Voyager?He said Voyager,and I responded that I did not know of any of them in our locality,or another VXII,for that matter.After talking with him,we found out he bought it 2 weeks ago from a man in Medina.It is an '85 with 86000 miles.We did not get a chance to see it yet,but it is only 5 miles from us.We invited him to the AVA.His name is Charles King

It's great to hear of another six cylinder still on the road,and it's not been sitting around with that mileage, and it still must look and run good for this guy to buy it. 
......I'm taking mine out in the morning for another long ride, I had to replace the battery today as the P.O.had installed the cheapest,smallest ,chinese battery I ever saw in a touring bike, then packed homemade rubber spacers around the battery to take up space! D.F.I warning light was staying on, and began cranking over very slowly ,even with keeping the battery tender on it all the time, after the new battery was installed, everything went back to normal....charging system is working normal..........tony
