Number of posts

Just curious how posts are kept track of. Seems sometimes the number doesn't change after posting several. Not a big deal, just curious.

Are you talking about how the system keeps track of the number of you make, the number shown in the box to the left of your posts? It's done automatically by the system and near as I can tell, is current and correct. Same goes for the number of posts per topic as listed in the forum indexes.
