Original "break-in" sticker removal from dash

Post by Tonyvdb »

So as the title states the original owner never moved that sticker so now it's somewhat perminatly on there. Has anyone found a good way to remove it without scuffing the plastic?

soak in WD40. Used to use that to remove stickers from medical equipment.
BUT, :oh:
I don't guarantee it as i haven't used it in that location on your bike. I did use it to remove tar from the cattle catcher scoop at the front of my '03 without any issues (washed it right off though).
Hope someone else chimes in with better answers.

I used Honda Spray polish on my 96 that they left the sticker on. Took a lot of elbow grease but did not harm the plastic.
