I live in Ohio , but I did not lose a saddle bag cover.....all to many owners have though.....thanks for taking the time to maybe find the rightful owner......

I was riding in Tennessee this weekend...
Imagine doing an IBA Saddlesore 1K on that thing...came close twice, but to make it a challenge I add an organized dual sport event to the mileage.
The owner of this saddlebag cover lost more than just the cover, hence the bit of mystery and need for a bit of identification.

The first IBA attempt resulted in the purchase of a custom seat. I think it arrived the same day my hips resumed the stock stance.
Still in search of the ultimate seat for it...
