If they are the same that Marvellas sells, which I imagine they are, they ARE able to be adjusted from the bikes center line. There is a small allen screw head that you should be able to see that will adjust that on the back side edge of the peg. I got mine from Marvellas at an AVA Rally (where he also installed them free) and I adjusted mine that way.
Can't find the adjustment screw you refer to. These are the pegs I have. Kuryakyn #7976:

Those look like the ones I have. Fold the peg up and look on the edge of the peg towards the bike, I think that is where it is at, you have to look a little hard to see it. You back that allen head screw in or out to adjust the angle the peg will stay at.

Here is the best pic I could find of them on the voyager.

See how I have them rotated near the mounting bracket so they can be swept back a little. In your photo the foot pad is lined up with the pivot point. Mine is not. They really are almost infinitely adjustable. Some of the adjustments are hidden pretty well.

Here is a pic of the adjustment I was referring to.

Here is the adjustment allen screw that I'm guessing most have missed for an adjustment for these pegs. This adjustment will angle the peg less than 90 degrees from flat, or usually towards the bike.

Finally got the pegs adjusted! Had to buy a new set of Allen wrenches as the two sets I have were both missing the size I needed! Then it was too cold in the garage to go out there and work on the bike. When I finally did, it took almost 30 seconds per peg! Thanks for the help!

Do you have any problems getting your legs around the fairing to put you feet on the pegs? Been look at that on my bike and the fairing seems too wide to get at them.

Yes and No, though haven't used them riding yet. I say yes and no because one of lower air deflectors is off the bike (came that way) and is sitting in the trunk (has only two of the three clips and the clips are $5 each at the dealer (should be 5¢.) I can put both feet on the pegs but the one without the lower deflector is much more comfortable plus I can move it in closer to the bike. The deflector on the side where it is installed would probably cut into my leg after a few miles. Riding this winter with one deflector on, one off, I didn't notice any difference on air flow over the legs, so I plan to take the other deflector off before my trip later this month.
