I just added a pair of electric gloves (about 20 watts) to my bike, I also have a set of LED driving lights (52 watts, I believe). What voltage should my bike be able to maintain? I have a digital volt meter, I want to make sure I'm not overloading my charging system.

I would be concerned with anything less than 13.3 running down the road. I can with the bike at idle ( @ 800rpm ), radio, garmin gps, and led running lights hold a 12.9 ~13.3 volt reading depending on the state of the battery being up to 100%.

When worrying about electrical load, go by the number of amps you're drawing. Not watts. Our bikes have a 35 amp alternator.
The little amount of power you're using isn't a concern

I guess I'm only drawing about 6 amps with my accessories, I don't know what the bike itself draws as a baseline though. I should have mentioned my turns/brake and running lights are all LEDs. I'll keep an eye on my running voltage too and see if it begins to drop I'll look into it further. Thanks for the advice.

For the purpose of calculations, watts divided by voltage gives amperage, and conversely, amperage times voltage gives watts.

I'm currently running heated grips and tow a conventionally incandescent lit Harbor Freight trailer without problems. I'd think your load is okay. Main thing is no amp draw from your accessories when key is off.
