Is 2 long 3 short. Seems to mean Ignition Pulse |No ignition pulses are transmitted to control unit when cranking engine. | 2 long 3 short | Perform "Engine Speed Signal Test. and inspect ignition system damage. . Great! Except i need to know in english. What should I check and test?

First thing I usually ask is "when you turn the key on do you hear the fuel pump run for 5 seconds before it shuts off.
If you don't hear the pump running or it does not shut off you may just have a loose connection someplace
next I would unplug the computer and plug it back in .
I had a similar problem some years back and it turned out to be a loose pin on the computer harness
